Paladin	Magic from 0 to 5 rate is 5x Magic from 5 to 12 rate is 4x Magic from 12 to 17 rate is 2x
Knight	Magic from 0 to 4 rate is 25x Magic from 4 to 8 rate is 8x Magic 8+ rate is 3x
